We are 4-miles south of town on Hwy 69 So. (Broadway).  1-mile to Peach Tree and Oak Hurst golf course (open to public).
 

Daily rate = $35.00 1st night; $30/night thereafter. Some pull-thru; some back-in.  All are wide and deep. Daily includes electricity (20/30/50), wi-fi, DirecTV and laundry facilities.  Call for reservation 903-594-8484.

 

Wi-fi hot spot, 24-channels of DirecTV and laundry building.  Remember - we are a gated park and gates close at sunset - new arrivals after dark by appointment only.  Guests come-go after hours by gate code.   

 

Monthly Showplace rental sites with concrete patios $315 - $340 (plus electricity).  We are a clean, quiet, gated park for age 55 retirees or working professionals with nice RV homes.  No cramped quarters here - sites are huge. 

 

Long-term Premium RV sites with carport and 12x12 hobby building at $400 per month, plus electricity.

 

RV site available for you to build a one-room quarters on long term lease.  Call for more information.

On Hwy. 69 South (Broadway), four miles south of the new Toll Rd 49.  With its mild winters and abundant water, this region stays green and lush much of the time, giving you plenty of outdoor time when others are bundled up shoveling snow.  July and August are our hot months, but things get back to normal in a hurry just in time for a host of fall events.  Peace and quiet when you want it, and lots of activities too.

RV SITE RENTAL

Piney Ridge is a generously spaced RV park. We have overnight pull-thru sites; and monthly guests can select from Basic Sites; Showplace Sites (concrete walkways and patios); and Premium Sites (these have a private carport with your own attached storage/hobby building).  If you like quiet and clean, gated living, come take a look.
FACILITIES

Laundry building $1.25 wash, $1.00 dry; 24-channels of DirecTV satellite; wi-fi hot spot; gated.  Now is the time to select from the stunning sites that are taking shape. 
ATTRACTIONS

Super WalMart & Target just 6-miles north in Tyler. A four mile drive from our door gets you to Ganders Outfitters and Academy Sporting Goods, then on into town is a major shopping mall

Lots of eating choices - Barbeque; Mexican; Chinese; Olive Garden; Outback Steakhouse; many more big restaurant brands plus a fine selection of local eateries.

Barnes & Noble book store (yes, with a Starbucks inside). This regional East Texas city features specialty doctors with two major hospitals (Mother Frances and East Texas Medical Center). The University of Texas at Tyler offers graduate programs. 

A public golf course is just 1-mile from our door, and health and tennis clubs are just a short drive into town.  For the lady, there are salons and spas to pamper.  There is the Tyler Rose Festival, and the spring Azalea Trail.

Mennonite communities and farmer’s markets; blackberry farms. Want to fish or visit the lake?  Fresh water fishing at Lake Palestine and Lake Tyler.  

Did you say you were retired and looking for a nice place to stay?  Take your shoes off.  Stay awhile.
PETS
Piney Ridge is pet friendly (with breed and weight restrictions).  Leash rules, pet pick-up and barking control enforced. If pet behavior is not controllable, you will be asked to keep your dog inside your site. Your cat is permitted only if kept inside your home (and we have limits on the number of pets allowed for any one guest). Shop at PETSMART right down the road.
